Extra users (connections)
If you require additional user connection slots (the account comes with 1 concurrent connection as standard), these can be purchased for £149+VAT per user per year.
When 'low usage' accounts are provided (charged at a lower rate) they are intended and licensed for staff that are occasional users where the software does not form part of their primary role and not connected to or using the system for extended periods of time. If your usage is different to this, please ensure that you upgrade your licensing accordingly.
