Importing Data
If you wish to pre-load data into MOW, such as a product catalogue or customer list we can provide a one-off import service for a small fee.
The following data can be imported via standard schemas, custom importing is also available for just about any sort of data and we will be happy to provide a quote for such work on request.
- Contacts (customers and suppliers)
- Products (including initial stock levels)
- Orders
For regular imports, the MOW Portal can be used.

We're pleased to release the latest major update to MOW 5 which has a number of great enhancements.

VAT Rates Updated
The default UK VAT rate has been updated automatically to 17.5% (from 15%). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Christmas Holidays
We would like to wish all clients a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. During the Christmas period our office will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday 23rd of December 2009 and will open at 9am on Monday 4th of January 2010. All servers will continue to be monitored 24/7 with engineers on call throughout this period. For critical support please call our office and leave a message, voicemail is forwarded to selected staff and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.
